Symptom narrative

Patient stood up after vaccine and developed vertigo, patient fell when trying to get to a chair in the waiting area. Hit head lightly on wall. Did not lose consciousness. Patient advised to stay on the ground and legs were elevated. Patient was given water right away and juice with breakfast sandwich when they were comfortable sitting in a chair. Patient sat with parents for 20 minutes before feeling comfortable leaving the store, still fatigued.
