Caller is a pharmacist who reports pediatric VAQTA was administered to an adult patient.; No additional AE reported.; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to an adult patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the adult patient was vaccinated with pediatric Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) (dose, route of administration, vaccination site, lot # and expiration date were not reported) administered for prophylaxis. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported (no adverse event). No product quality complaint (PQC) was reported. Lot # is being requested and will be submitted if received.
