a patient that forgot to receive the second dose of Twinrix after receiving the first shot on 9.13.2025; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a adult female patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received first dose on 13-SEP-2025). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: a patient that forgot to receive the second dose of Twinrix after receiving the first shot on 9.13.2025). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
