Symptom narrative

Menveo was administered after the temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 7SS27, expiry date 31-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 08-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Menveo was administered after the temperature excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:04-DEC-2025 The reporter called to report that there were some temperature variations between 5th September and 19th November 2025. The lowest temperature registered was 31.1 degree F for 34 minutes back on 8th October 2025. The reporter mentioned a dose of Menveo was administered after the temperature excursion on 8 October 2025. The Vaccine Administration Facility is the same as Primary Reporter.
