Reported Symptoms: 10010300:CONFUSION; 10012218:DELIRIUM; 10013573:DIZZINESS; 10022086:INJECTION SITE PAIN; 10042674:SWELLING; Narrative: Pt was "loopy" and "very confused". Arm was red and swollen. Pt did not present to any ED or doctor to undergo w/u for possible TIA/stroke. Pt was encouraged go to the ER to get evaluated. Symptoms resolved a few days after the vaccination without any interventions. Other Relevant HX: Other: Delirium, injection site pain/swelling
