Symptom narrative

Patient reports receipt of anthrax vaccine #2 (lot # 300211A) and rabies vaccine #2 14 JUL 2025 and reports onset of rash 6-8 hours after receipt. He states it was whole body except head/face (chest, back, abdomen, legs) and swelling to his feet. He does not particularly recall pruritus, states was red and raised. He also states his feet became swollen. He denies oral facial throat lip or tongue swelling, flushing, SOB, cough, wheeze, CP, n/v/d. He denies systemic symptoms of fever, chills , malaise, arthralgias, or myalgias. He denies onset of any symptoms immediately after receipt or within 1-2 hours. He went to ER due to the foot edema. He reports he was treated with medication, but only took one dose. Symptoms: LOCALIZED EDEMA(R600), RASH&OTH NONSPEC SKIN ERUPTION(R21).

Lab data

Observed dose of anthrax was administered 04 December 2025. Symptoms were not reproducible by the following day, per the pt.
