12-5-25 Patient states she has had severe nerve pain in the legs and its hard to walk after getting the covid shot wednesday 12-3-25 with us (per conversation 2 days later on friday). The pain is getting better, she is also on tramadol for pain. When called on 12-8-25 paitent states she still has pain and has a hard time getting up and down. Has a walker at the house already and is using that. She says now she has a pulsating headache. After saying good bye, but before patient hung up, rph heard her say "call pfizer and just give me the money"
