Patient presented with numbness and tingling at injection site and distal to the vaccine injection site rating sensation 4/10 approximately an hour after the injection. A patient assessment was conducted, no airway disruption and no signs of anaphylaxis. Vital signs were conducted consisting of HR, SPO2, BP, RR; all within normal ranges. I had patient sit in my office to be monitored for one hour and taking vitals every 10 minutes as I did not deem this to be an emergency with the objective findings. The patient is a [withheld] and was working in the building for the rest of the evening. I re-evaluated the patient before close of business which was at 6pm and his tingling subsided to a 1/10. Patient worked for the next two days at the unit and presented to medical with normal vital signs, tingling 1/10 sensation.
