Symptom narrative

welt and hard ball at injection site; rigidity on entire arm; rash and swelling on arm; arm hot to touch. Fever of 101F for 3 days. Headache and migraine. Enlarged lymphnodes on left side (from armpit to neck). Nausea and vomiting. Light headed/fainting. Body aches and chills.

Medical history

migraines; seizure disorder.

venlafaxine; buspirone; propanolol; levetiracetem; ubrelvy

Two appointments to doctor's offices and urgent care. As well as having to buy prescription medications for the treatment.
