Symptom narrative

Death - Coroner's report states "Sepsis due to adverse medication reaction secondary to COVID 19 Viral Pneumonia Vaccine", "Natural/Sudden/Unexpected Death". Coroner's report stated his person always had severe reaction after getting COVID shot. Past history of COVID vaccinations on 2/21/21, 3/13/21, 9/23/21, 6/1/22, 12/19/22, 10/6/23, 11/14/24, and last one on 10/9/25.
