Symptom narrative

Had the 1st dose 2/6/2023 and 2nd dose around 6/2023. In October 2025 I developed pain in left arm. I was not able to raise it. Went to PCP with the pain and was told that I maybe going to breakout with the Shingles and if so to call back for treatment. On 10/31/25 I broke out with the rash on the upper arm, across my upper chest around the breast bone. It was on my left side and also on my ear. I contacted my PCP and prescribed a 7 day supply of acyclovir and a 30 day supply of gabapentin. The rash is better more like red spots as they are fading. I can raise my arm now but continue to have pain in it.
