Symptom narrative

Patient called stating she received the flu vaccine on November 1st, but on Nov 10th she experienced her left breast being "swollen, tender, pink, and tissue felt firm and leathery". I asked her if the swelling had gone down, she said no and she does not feel any pain. She spoke with her provider about the reaction and has scheduled a mammogram to rule out any underlying condition.
