Immunization reaction - T50.Z95A, Left arm cellulitis - L03.114 . Left arm redness approximately 6" spreading distal from injection site. Rash is warm to touch and appeared 6 days after vaccination. Evaluated by provider 3 days after rash first appeared. Treated for cellulitis with Cephalexin Capsule, 500 MG, 1 capsule, Orally, twice a day, 7 days, 14 Capsules, Refills 0.
