Symptom narrative

Patient experienced bleeding on right arm where they claimed to receive the RSV vaccine. With continuous bruising that improved but still remained to present. Patient then claimed to have left shoulder and arm pain from the Flu and Pneumonia vaccine. Was local at first but eventually spread down the arm and up the neck on their left side. Patient claimed to not have any issues breathing. They were recommended to see the Doctor at a clinic.
