Pt was given full dose (0.5ml) of RSV vaccine in left arm by aseptic technique 12:56pm, and the vaccine-admin step was started in database after vaccine was given. The accuracy flagged that the vaccine given had expired 10-31-2025. The pt was informed before she left the store.
