Symptom narrative

Patient noticed redness/warmth at injection site on the left arm 2 days after getting vaccinated. Patient came in on 12/1/25 to inform us rash is still on the left arm. Patient claims it only hurts a little when she moves her arm but rash seems to be better but still present around injection site. Patient claims she did not take any medication or apply anything. Informed patient to contact his primary care physician for an appointment to see if any treatment is necessary.
