Symptom narrative

No additional AE; a patient who was inadvertently administered an expired dose of MMR-II; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to 21-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 13-Nov-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (valid lot #X026328, expiration date: 07-Nov-2025) 0.5 mL as prophylaxis (expired product administered). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), 1 dosage form (lot # and expiration date were not reported). No symptoms or additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
