I have half a dime sized wounds in my arm, it will not heal up; It's been sore for 4 years or 5 years now; I have half a dime sized wounds in my arm, it will not heal up; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 58-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), as dose 2, single (Lot number: FF2588), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE 1, SINGLE, Lot number:FC3181), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "half a dime sized wounds in my arm, it will not heal up", "half a dime sized wounds in my arm, it will not heal up", "It's been sore for 4 years or 5 years now". The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE INJURY (medically significant), IMPAIRED HEALING (medically significant), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "I have half a dime sized wounds in my arm, it will not heal up"; VACCINATION SITE PAIN (medically significant), outcome "not recovered", described as "It's been sore for 4 years or 5 years now". Clinical course: It was reported had Pfizer COVID Shot (Hence suspect product name captured as COVID Shot) back on 21, 30Aug2021, know as a long time ago and it won't heal up. mean, patient had half a dime sized wounds in arm, it will not heal up. Patient was stated patient and it happened 5 years ago and it won't heal up. Consumer stated First COVID Shot: LOT: FC3181 and second COVID Shot: LOT: FF2588. Other medical condition and other medication consumer stated It's been sore for 4 years or 5 years now and it won't healed up. Consumer stated, "Yes, that's what trying to figure out why it won't heal up. It was the vaccine administered at a facility, consumer stated the other one would have been on the other one would be FF2588." Location of shot: Consumer stated, left arm upper. Consumer stated "That (FC3181) is the first shot and the LOT# on it, the second shot LOT# is FF2588. Consumer stated It started experienced the event may be after the first shot or the second shot after it appeared. Consumer stated, "We are trying to get this to heal up
