A 61-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 23Nov2025 at 16:00 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 61 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Asthma" (unspecified if ongoing); "recently recurrence of Ovarian Cancer" (ongoing); "Allergies: Sulfate drugs" (unspecified if ongoing); "Allergies: adhesive" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: CRESTOR. Past drug history included: Flu shot for Flu immunisation, reaction(s): "Allergy". Shot received 4 days post lymph node biopsy. Mild achy left arm, mild hip/joint pain within first 2 days. Low grade fever started day 3 (appox 99.5-101) and still going on day 10. Complained about mild digestion pains but other issues cleared by abdominal ultrasound. Primary ordered antibiotics but doing nothing. Being told by both my primary physician and AI search this is not normal. I have had only Pfizer Covid vaccines/boosters since Spring 2021 and never had a reaction like this ever before. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
