A 76-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omi xbb.1.5 (COMIRNATY (2023-2024 FORMULA)), on 07May2025 at 14:38 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 76 years intramuscular, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "surgery" (not ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: CHILLS (non-serious) with onset 07May2025, outcome "unknown"; PROCEDURAL PAIN (non-serious) with onset 07May2025, outcome "recovered" (May2025), described as "severe aches at previous surgical sites"; HYPERHIDROSIS (non-serious) with onset 07May2025, outcome "unknown", described as "sweats". The events "severe aches at previous surgical sites", "sweats" and "chills" required physician office visit. Additional information: Patient received COVID-19 (Comirnaty 12 + COVID 2024-25) vaccine and experienced sweats, chills, and severe aches at previous surgical sites that lasted 1 and one-half days.
