A 76-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), on 23Oct2024 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 76 years intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA VACCINE), on 23Oct2024 as dose number unknown, single intramuscular for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PRESYNCOPE (non-serious) with onset 23Oct2024, outcome "recovered" (24Oct2024), described as "feeling like he would pass out"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 23Oct2024, outcome "recovered" (24Oct2024), described as "felt fatigued shortly after vaccination". Additional information: It was reported that, Patient reported that, he felt fatigued shortly after vaccination. Patient was then driving and experienced multiple bouts of feeling like he would pass out. These bouts would last a few minutes and then would resolve. Then a few minutes later it would happen again. These symptoms completely resolved by the next day. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
