Symptom narrative

Feeling unsure about where I was / took a few minutes to gain full consciousness; Could not remember anything that happened on the night; Extremely shaky and wobbly; Persistent feeling that body has been "out of it; Dysphoria; Intermittent brain fog; Long post-COVID vaccination syndrome; Lack of energy; Initial information received on 01-Dec-2025 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a consumer/non-hcp (healthcare professional). This case involves a 75 years old female patient who had long post-covid vaccination syndrome after receiving NVX-COV2373 (Original) Adjuvanted Vaccine [NUVAXOVID]. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. The patient's past vaccination(s) included MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE in 2021 (The patient mentioned that, in 2021, after a second dose, they developed a rash, slight headache, and sore arm). On 11-Oct-2025, the patient received an unknown dose of suspect NVX-COV2373 (Original) Adjuvanted Vaccine Injection lot 6315MP00X (strength and expiry date-unknown) via unknown route in unknown administration site for COVID-19 vaccination (COVID-19 immunisation). On 20-OCT-2025 the patient developed long post-covid vaccination syndrome (post vaccination syndrome), and symptoms reported as could not remember anything that happened on the night (memory impairment), extremely shaky and wobbly (tremor), persistent feeling that body has been out of it (feeling abnormal), dysphoria, intermittent brain fog (cognitive disorder), a feeling unsure about where i was / took a few minutes to gain full consciousness (confusional state) and lack of energy (fatigue) (latency-9 days). It was reported "They initially went to the emergency room, where they were tested for both influenza and COVID-19 and were told they did not have either infection and that the emergency room staff". Action taken was not applicable. It was not reported if the patient received a corrective treatment for all the events. At time of reporting, the outcome was Not Recovered / Not Resolved for the event.
