Symptom narrative

The patient reported that the night after the shingles vaccine she didn't feel well. Then 4 days after the vaccine a red rash appeared on parts of her body such as her legs. She went to a dermatologist to get checked out and she was told she had a vascular allergic reaction. She just went to the dermatologist today and received medications today.
