the patient reports that the night of receiving his flu shot that his arm became sore but continued so remain sore more than 3 weeks past and that also his shoulder joint was popping and range of motion was severely limited and experienced sharp jabbing pain when moving his arm. the patient reported that everything seemed fine when shot was administered. patient also said he has had should issues in the past not related to vaccines but that the current issues coincided with the vaccine being given. the patient feels that there has been no improvement or change in symptoms over the past 3 weeks. the patient was told by the pharmacy to follow up with a physician for evaluation and if md felt it was connected to vaccination to contact the pharmacy again.
