No Additional AE; patient received an expired dose of ROTATEQ; This spontaneous report was received from a Medical Assistant and refers to a 2-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 26-Nov-2025, the patient started vaccination with Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ) oral solution (lot #Y005883, expiration date: 19-Nov-2025) 2 mL (2ML), administered by oral route as prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No additional adverse events. At the reporting time, the outcome of the events was unknown. The action taken with Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ) was not applicable.
