inadvertently administered a dose of KINRIX below the recommended age; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via other manufacturer and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Kinrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: inadvertently administered a dose of KINRIX below the recommended age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-DEC-2025 The physician reported that there was no symptoms reported, no additional patient details reported.
