full body weakness and fatigue; full body weakness and fatigue; This is a spontaneous report received from an Other HCP, Program ID. A 75-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omi xbb.1.5 (COMIRNATY (2023-2024 FORMULA)), on 02Oct2023 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 75 years intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine inact split 3v (FLUZONE HIGH DOSE), on 02Oct2023 as dose number unknown, single intramuscular for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ASTHENIA (non-serious), FATIGUE (non-serious) all with onset Oct2023, outcome "recovered" (Oct2023) and all described as "full body weakness and fatigue". Additional information: For 2 days the patient experienced full body weakness and fatigue. Patient was unable to get out of bed. After the 2 days all symptoms completely resolved. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omi xbb.1.5 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
