Symptom narrative

Shortly after receiving flu vaccine, patient had a syncopal event followed by vomiting. Patient was treated for shock and regained consciousness. EMTs arrived, checked vitals, glucose level, and performed evaluation. Patient transported to hospital for further evaluation.
