Symptom narrative

Patient had brief syncopal episode, fell backwards, caught by nurse and did not hit her head. Patient placed lying down with feet in the air and awakened within seconds. Patient stated feeling fine and wanted to continue with vaccinations. Brief rest period given, as well as water and a sugary snack. No further adverse events or complaints.
