Symptom narrative

Patient presenting 12/9/2025 for persistent left arm pain. Reports after vaccine had swelling at Mpox site which has subsided. Persistent subjective weakness with overhead motion and grip strength. Decreased sensation to light touch along posterior left deltoid, forearm, and dorsal hand. Neurologic exam intact without any strength deficits or change in reflex. No skin changes or soft tissue tenderness on exam. Took NSAID on days 1-3 post vaccine but not currently. Plan to continue to monitor for return of sensation and continue with strengthening exercises.
