Symptom narrative

Started noticing food allergies or intolerance within two weeks, started keeping a food dairy. Currently have over 200 food i am unable to eat. I started have stomach pain in late 2022 t h at have continued to this date. They have ran an upper scope and a colonoscopy, I have so many blood test done but they were unable to diagnose anything. Mu shest and heart started bothering more than they ever had. In 2023. I developed Overall Body pain with pins and needles. I have suffered from all of the symptoms listed below in the last year.... skin issues (flushing, itching, hives, red/brown spots), gastrointestinal problems (pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting), bone/muscle pain, fatigue, and potentially severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) with breathing issues or fainting, esophagus issues resulting in surgery, head injuries resulting from passing out
