A 74-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), on 18Oct2024 at 10:30 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 74 years intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PERIPHERAL SWELLING (non-serious), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious), ERYTHEMA (non-serious) all with onset 18Oct2024 at 15:00, outcome "unknown" and all described as "Painful arm swelling and redness". The events "painful arm swelling and redness" required physician office visit. Additional information: The patient received painful arm swelling and redness. After consult with doctor patient advised not to receive future covid vaccines.
