Symptom narrative

Patient came in on 11/1/25 with her daughter, to get her covid and flu shot. The day after the vaccine was administered, the patient was brought to the emergency room where she was admitted for 3 days. Patient was admitted due to nausea, overall weakness, and being able to hardly move. At the hospital, they provided her with fluids and electrolytes. The patient was discharged after 3 days and has been in rehab treatment since then.
