Patient is a 6 m.o. female born full term with no significant past medical history presenting with ileocolic intussusception. Per mother, patient was at baseline health until this morning when she was found to be fussy and had an emesis after her 1st feed. She had multiple episode of emesis following the first. Initially non bilious but transitioned to bilious and remained non bloody. She was evaluated in the ED with a BMP that showed high anion gap metabolic acidosis. She underwent an intussusception ultrasound that showed an ileocolic intussusception. Patient proceeded to undergo an air enema after which repeat ultrasound showed residual intussusception requiring a 2nd air enema. Following ultrasound showed complete reduction of intussusception. After procedure, patient had 1 bottle which she was not able to tolerate. She was placed on IV fluids and admitted for further car.
