Symptom narrative

at 8:50pm on Dec. 2 a fever started that lasted until Thursday night December 4. The highest temperature was 104. 5 at 4:35 am on December 3. Vomiting X 1 hour at 1:30am on Dec. 3. Rash started on Left Arm at injection site on 12/3 and spread by 2 inches a day distally and circumferentially around Left arm until Sunday December 7. Rash started to fade December 8. Severe pain at injection site on left arm started evening of Dec. 2, and intensified into feeling that I am being stabbed over and over at the injection site through Saturday Dec. 6. Black and Blue bruise 1 inch diameter appeared at the injection site on Saturday December 6

Current illness

Upper Respiratory Infection (sore throat and cough) in early to Mid November which did not resolve after two weeks, Took Azithromycin from November 26-30/

Medical history

Latent autoimmune diabetes of adulthood X 4 years, Collagenous Colitis X 1 year, Hashimoto's thyroiditis X 28 years. Vitiligo X 10 years, small cataracts, melanoma-2025
