Symptom narrative

MMR was administered to child's right upper arm via SQ injection by RN. After completion I entered the vaccines administered into the child's medical record and was not able to enter the MMR dose, upon double checking the vial I noted the expiration date was 11/27/25. No side effects noted in child. Will repeat this dose along with her next vaccinations due at her appointment in February 2026.
