The patient called and said his left shoulder has hurt since he received his vaccines in October 2025. He received Adacel and Shingrix. The computer indicated the Adacel was given in left arm and the Shingrix in the right arm. The patient said both vaccines were given in the left arm. He also said he had just completed physical therapy on his left shoulder from rotator cuff surgery before getting the vaccines. He wanted advice about when to get his second Shingrix vaccine since his shoulder still hurt> I advised him to see his doctor about the continuing pain before getting his second dose. The patient went his doctor and the patient said his doctor said we probably hit a nerve when administering the vaccines. He was prescribed course of prednisone. The outcome has not been determined yet.
