Symptom narrative

patient who received the flu and Pfizer COVID vaccine back on 11/15/25 (both administered in left arm) and she is stating that her arm is still in pain almost a month later from the immunizations. She says it feels bruised and the pain is amplified at night when she sleeps on it or when she raises her arm. Vaccines were not administered too high or low and the pain is not in her shoulder or elbow area.
