Allergy to Pneumococcal vaccine; This spontaneous report was received from a Consumer or other non health professional and refers to current 86-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION, HEART DISEASE and TYPE 2 DIABETES. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with therapy with pneumococcal vaccine unspecified (manufacturer unknown) (strength, dose, route, anatomical location, lot#, and expiration date were not provided) as prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient experienced Allergy to Pneumococcal vaccine (unspecified). At the reporting time, the outcome of the event was unknown. The causal relationship between the event of Allergy to Pneumococcal vaccine and the suspect vaccines was not provided. Lot # is being requested and will be submitted if received.
