Symptom narrative

Within a few minutes I felt faint and I had to sit for 30 minutes. I felt unsteady and light headed. The next day I woke up and my ears were running so loud it sounded like a waterfall and I could barely hear. Since this time I have a severe joint pain times of great fatigue and many days where I feel flu like symptoms but I do. It have the flu. Doctors have tested for all sorts of of things including lupus but nothing.
