No additional AE; HCP called to report that a patient is stating that he was administered GARDASIL 9 in his stomach on 11/4/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a healthcare professional and refers to a 29-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 04-NOV-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) suspension for injection, 0.5 mL administered for prophylaxis (strength, dose number, lot # and expiration date, route and anatomical site of administration were not reported). Although the reporter stated that they have documentation to support intramuscular administration, the patient insisted that he was vaccinated in his stomach (Product administered at inappropriate site).
