No Additional AE/ No PQC; TE where patient received product after it was improperly stored; This spontaneous report has been received from a medical assistant referring to 1-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's pertinent medical history, previous drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medications were not provided. On 11-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored vaccine Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) injection 0.5 mL as prophylaxis operator: health care professional (vaccine scheme, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided; lot #Z008197 has been verified to be valid, expiration date reported an established as: 30-Apr-2027) which was diluted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (formulation, volume, route, lot number and expiration date were not reported. It was mentioned that the vaccine was exposed to -10.5 C for 1 hour, 0 minutes and 0 seconds. No previous temperature excursion. No side effects or symptoms reported
