Symptom narrative

about 7 in the evening after the vaccine I became very cold and started having severe shaking with a bad headache, my neck got tight and my stomach was hurting. I bundled up with warm clothing and got in the bed but the shivering and shaking lasted for about 3 hours. I took 3 doses of Tylenol back to back along with a dose of klonopin. It scared me and I almost called for an ambulance. Today I still have a headache but I am no longer shaking.
