Symptom narrative

I have chest pain, constant headache, dizziness, flushed in the face like I have a fever. I have pain in my joints, elbows and I ache all over. I feel like something is wrong and maybe my immune system is attacking my body and I feel like I am dying. I went to [name withheld] ER a few days after the vaccine. They did bloodwork and x-ray. He was given an IV drip. He was discharged after getting the drip because they could not find anything wrong with blood work or x-ray. He will be going to a different ER today for further treatment.
