Symptom narrative

Vaccinations were give on 10/31/25. Patient contacted pharmacy on 12/9/25 to report he was having intermittent stinging and pain in his left arm. This had started shortly after administrations and has continued since then. His provider was contacted by the pharmacist. The RN at the office reached out to the patient over the phone. Per his provider, he was instructed to use heat, do stretches and use ibuprofen for his pain. The patient was told his symptoms should resolve with time.
