Symptom narrative

Started feeling bad the eve of 4th, arm aching and slight swelling noted. Ice to area. Coughing some that eve, the next day coughing more and congested, only slight SOB with a headache. Pt took Tylenol, vaporizer to BS, used inhaler as needed and over the counter nose spray for congestion. Did not follow up with family doctor. Stayed home and took meds. Patient stated sick 3-4 days and now better when I called her on the Dec 10th, 2025. Patient improved.

Medical history

asthma, restlessness leg, low thyroid, low potassium and iron, allergies, cholesterol, depression.

Other medications

Daily meds: Budesonide Inhaler 80/4.5 daily as needed, Citalopram 20mg daily, pravastatin 20mg daily, Synthroid .75 daily, Potassium 0.5mg daily, Ropinirole at HS, Levocetirizine 5mg daily, latanoprost at night.
