Patient called 12/10/25 to inform us that 1 - 2 days after receiving Prevnar 20 on 12/03/25 in his right deltoid he began experiencing pain in his shoulder/arm. He reported the pain starting at a 2 at first, and now it is at a 6 or a 7. He stated that it hurts when lifting or eating with a fork, and when siting down in a recliner. He went to his doctor because of the pain and they put him on oral steroids (per pt). He is to follow up with the doctor on 12/30/25 if he is still experiencing issues. Of note - he received two other vaccines in his left arm on 12/03/25 and he reports no issues with left arm.
