Symptom narrative

Anaphylactic inflammatory systematic response, total 11/15/2025- Urgent Care- Diagnosis- Allergic Reaction to vaccine, mild corneal edema from tearing, wheezing, hands swelling and cracking, hoarse, sore throat, rash, aches, S.O.B., pain at injection site (5x5 cm) nausea and blurred vision Treatment: Prednisone taper, Antihistamine 11/23/25- Urgent Care- High Fevers, difficulty breathing (given breathing treatment) Pain in muscles, bones, all joints. Monodox Bacterial Lower Respiratory Infection. 11/26/25- Urgent Care- Referred to Emergency Dept. 11/26/25- E.R.- Hives Severe, swollen, itchy eyes, hives recurrent significant fatigue, posterior oropharyngeal erythema, wheezing, urticaria - 10 day prednisone taper, hydroxyzine 11/30/25- E.R. - Dizziness for 18 days, burning in hands and feet, thrush, abnormal EKG 12/8/25- E.R.- Fevers, Body aches, chills, swollen glands- all abdominal swelling, severe low back pain, unsteady. Dr had no idea what to do. Ran labs, showed mid thrombocytosis negative for covid, flu & rsv. 12/13/25- Urgent Care- UTI, Bacterial Respiratory infection, ear pain, S.O.B., sinus pain, vison changes. 12/17/25- Urgent Care- 24/7 & Amb Referral to Neurology, weakness in legs, rashes and hives, severe left shoulder pain, severe fatigue, muscle and joint pain, pain in hands, numbness in left foot, joint swelling, severe muscle contraction w/bruising possible blood clot. Tested for Guillain Barre syndrome. Referred to optometrist for blurry vision and excessive eye watering.
