Symptom narrative

Pt received vaccine on xx day. Started feeling sx the next day with flu like symptoms; fever, chills, body aches. Noticed arm was red and swollen 2 days after injection. Has gone down since he noticed it. States its warm and itchy. Has not put any otc treatment on it. Recommended Benadryl or hydrocortisone cream.
