Symptom narrative

Started with headache on day of injection. 3 days post injection, started having bone pain in several areas. Pain was controlled with ibuprofen use until day 8 - bone pain and muscle pain became unmanageable with ibuprofen. Day 9 - patient unable to function normally due to an inflammatory cascade - Day 10 patient visited clinic - several blood test conducted. - Day 11 - test results (see below) - Day 12 started prednisone for 7 days - to present
